Safety First & Health Declaration

As we prepare to welcome back our like-minded travellers, please take a look below at the measures we are taking to ensure your wellbeing and rediscover the freedom of travelling again while participating in our Hobby and Interest programmes.

Safety Measures

We are proud of our role in connecting people from both local and far reaching communities. Before you travel, we recommend that you always follow the recommendations set by the health organisations in your country.

Preparing

  • Respect social distancing

  • Stay home if you feel unwell

  • Wash your hands frequently

  • Follow the guidelines set by local authorities

Space

  • Passenger capacity is reduced to limit the number of people per event program at any one time.

Fresh air

  • Our programs will feature an array of events that can take place outside wherever possible, when inside we look to ensure that our venues are equipped to supply fresh air which is pumped through the venues air supply systems, reducing the need to use any recycled air.

Social Distancing

  • Capacity adjusted according to risk assessment so social distancing can be maintained

  • We will recommend staggered arrival and check-in times to reduce any congestion of travellers arriving at the same time

  • Social distancing enforced in accordance with guidelines as set by local authorities

  • Clear markings and signage as required in high footfall areas to assist with social distancing

  • As might be appropriate Information Desk Points will have Plexi Glass in place for the safety of our travellers and staff

  • Announcements to reinforce the social distancing message and hand washing practices

Cleaning

  • Please wash your hands or use available sanitizer on a regular basis. Regular usage will help protect everyone

  • Hand sanitizers available in signed areas

  • Hand wash soap available in all toilets

  • Working with our partners to ensure regular touchpoint cleaning will happen during your program of events

  • Overnight accommodation - bedrooms are cleaned thoroughly after every guest stay, in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines

Face masks

  • Masks must be worn in public areas; this is in accordance with government guidance.

  • On most of our programmes customer-facing staff wear face masks when not protected by Plexi glass screens.
